CVD Si/C Anode

Silicon-based anode materials have evolved from first-generation mechanically milled silicon-carbon, to second-generation SiO-based series, and further to third-generation CVD Si/C.

While the first two generations of materials have laid the foundation for practical applications, they still have limitations in swelling control, cycle life, and overall performance.

Third-generation CVD Si/C demonstrates greater potential in energy density, cycle stability, and batch consistency through the optimization of porous carbon structure and the uniformity of silicon deposition.

We only focus on third-generation CVD Si/C materials to support the development of next-generation high-performance battery cells.

High Capacity
Mass-producible Si/C materials with specific capacity above 2300 mAh/g, supporting the development of high-energy-density battery cells.
High Rate
Providing small-particle Si/C materials to support high-rate and fast-charging cell designs.
Low Swelling
By optimizing pore size distribution and silicon deposition uniformity, material swelling and lithium consumption can be reduced.
